Bret Michaels was forced to bring his concert in New Hampshire Thursday night to an abrupt end.
Guitarist Pete Evick explains in a Facebook post that the group was just three songs into their set when Bret became ill and could no longer perform. He explains that Bret asked him to sing a song before rushing off the stage, and moments later a crew member notified him that the singer's blood sugar was "extremely low."

Michaels has lived with type-one diabetes since childhood. Evick says Bret eventually returned to the stage, but only to announce that he couldn't perform as planned. The rocker was checked out by paramedics who evaluated his condition.
Get well soon, Bret!
